My name is Maret Sturedotter Kjellberg and I am working as an illustrator in the field

of medicine and anatomy. In my illustrations I aim to clarify what we usually describe

with words, diagrams, photos and x-rays. To visualize the movement of the muscles, the

texture of the sensatory receptors of the skin, the placement and function of the inner

organs. It is challenging to find a solution and to put it into a picture, to go in depth into

the job at hand. As I have been working in the field of healthcare for many years, not

only have I a great interest for it, but also knowledge and experience of the human anatomy.

I love the research part of my work! To sit down and dig deep for material and information

in order to create a picture, my own solution in visualization. I learn so much in the process!
